Go out and enjoy some nature :)
PS one thing I did for Earth Day: I downloaded this pocket seafood selector
from Environmental Defense. It is very handy and well designed. I printed one for myself and one for Beth, my office manager.
You might remember Viola from her beautiful wedding that I shot at the Carneros Inn last year
. Viola is also a brilliant graphic designer and has a new line of wedding invitations that you can see at chewingthecudweddings.com
Here are some samples of her beautiful work. These are letterpress printed with soy based ink on 100% cotton rag.
My snowy photo of Karla and Chris won first place in the Photo District News Top Knots contest! The magazine is already out, although I haven't received my copy yet. Apparently I win a Nikon camera and some other stuff too. I don't shoot Nikon-- what do you think I should do with the camera?

I am SUPER late posting Jillian and Knute's engagement photos, considering their wedding was just last weekend-- and what an amazing wedding, I am very excited to edit those.
But first I want to talk about fly fishing. I had no idea that such an elegant sport existed. It's like a magical whip through the air, but not like a whip, more like a strand of silk. Knute is extremely good at it. I was mesmerized watching the fishing line.
And here are some more photos around the neighborhood. I like Knute's green shirt on the blue wall.
